diplomacy failed us again
im tired of compromise
of your treaties
they only signify my giving in
no longer
i vow to hold fast
and no more giving in
you will gain no more room
these ideals and this hope
are the anchor of my soul
sure and steadfast
never to be defeated
so keep your treatises
or watch me burn them
discipline plus perserverance
i hold on to these
and watch you retreat.
run i see the fear in your eyes.
