The small gold trills a welcome to Th'ta, cocking her wedge-shaped muzzle as if to say, Would you like one? However, the very familiar sight of Ryu earns both young boys a sweet creel, and anticipating their requests, Korea rolls a large egg towards Ryu and two smaller ones towards Harrison. She then examines Jeleta and with a friendly croon, rolls a medium-sized egg towards the new greenrider. And another, smaller one goes a-spinning towards Tevvi as the gold squeaks cheerfully, practically preening at all the attention that she and her clutch are receiving.

The flit busily grooms her translucent wings into prettiness -she's very vain- before attending to the other hopefuls. Tammie's song is enchanting and, accustomed to doing so, halfway through the tune Korea adds her own harmony in a rich soprano tone. Chittering her utter approval, the golden queen rolls two eggs -one big, one little- towards the greenrider. And Virth is greeted with a shrill warble, Korea flaring her wings and flapping them once or twice to beckon S'arn closer. She remembers many riders from her human's old Weyr, after all. Happily gabbing to herself, the gold ushers two large eggs towards the brownrider.

Tiny, jeweled eyes look around, and Korea emits a tiny squeak as she realizes she's missed a human! In apology, she rolls two eggs towards Sitara, one big one and one little. Now making sure that everyone present has an egg, she chitters up at Th'ta and rolls the smallest egg in the clutch towards him (whether he wants a flit or not, he's getting one!), preening delightedly. The little gold is quite pleased with herself, such a good clutch and such immediate attention! She carefully noses the six eggs remaining, two small, two medium, one large, and of course... the precious golden egg, the only one she'll give a lot of thought over. Korea looks up at the surrounding humans, tilting her head and chittering impatiently, as if to say, Well, if any of you really want my gold egg... you'd better say so! And a haughty creel adds, And then, if I think you're worthy, you just might get her!
