Subject: A question

A Bronze flit enters a scroll tied to his forleg. He landed, and yawned releasing the note from his talon with his other. The note opened and it reads:

To whom may know,
I have not Impressed yet and live in a Hold. I was wondering..Is there any way I can still live in the Hold? Or does my Dragon need to be Weyr-raised? As I hope for a Queen in my future I figure this is a yes for Queens are important. Yes? Also, I was wondering when the next clutch is due to be laid on the Benden Sands.
