The next egg makes takes the sands. It whips to and fro with several feeble shudders, apparently having no doubt that it wants out, and /now./ It flings itself forth, 'scuttling' forth over the small eddies of gleaming, hazy gold. The smooth surface shudders a few times, buzzing with anticipation, as if pondering it's next move. What happens next is very hard to follow; it seems that the entire upper half of the egg simply explodes! Thousands of shards scatter into the air and drive into the dunes like tiny, innocuous daggers, splayed all about this newcomer to the world. He lunges, cobalt hide gleaming in the torchlight and the sun from the ledge-windows, to stand coolly in an empty patch of sand, head swinging to inspect the group of boys with a passively swirling gaze. The soft skin is a navy blue, the colour of the deepest lake, a sapphire so carfully softened. Paler tendrils of cyan wind down his muzzle, blurring into the shadows of dark cerulean. He, after a long moment of contemplation, makes his pick, and begins to head strongly in that direction. K'vren. I am Notusith.. and I am very hungry.
