Serenity had been stroking Kitten absent-mindedly when a bright, smiling face appeared before her. A smile that seemed half surprised and half friendly lit up her face, her emerald eyes shining. She brought a relentless forelock of inky hair out of her pale face, and took on a casual pose. While Serenity was no where near athletic, her slight, thin form was still very healthy-looking. She had the right amount of curves to where she seemed attractive, yet not so much that she was anything exceptional. Her most brilliant aspect, to most, was her emerald gaze, which seemed to light up with her shy smile, which right now was directed towards F’nlaur.

“Thanks.” She said, looking down at the flits that chirped happily, picking at her plate. Meko gave a half-hearted chirp to the newcomer, and crawled up Serenity’s arm, draping himself around her neck again, and burying his head in her hair. He took a deep breath, and then watched F’nlaur thoughtfully through the inky, waist-length locks of his Impressed. Serenity laughed. “They’re a handful at times, but it’s worth it. I’d only planned on having Meko, but...” she shrugged. Then, she cocked her head. “Hey, aren’t you the one who impressed a bronze just a while ago? Congratulations. What’s his name?” Her voice is level and serene, though seems to hold an edge of excitement for the recent Hatching.

Kitten turned from her scolding of the boys, and turned. She gave F’nlaur a curious look, seeming to size him up. Deeming him no threat to her bronze companion, she crooned gently, walking over to him with an overwhelming, apparent curiosity. Mento looked on warily for a second, and then seemed to shrug his wings. He followed Kitten over to F’nlaur, and looked up with a similar curiosity to his sister’s, though he was in truth probably more of a curious little being himself. Kinko, Tallu, and Zeno chirped a greeting from where they were, and returned to their oh so important feeding.
