Smiling as she accepts T'bel's affections, she scoots a bit closer to him to murmur, "Have you a speech prepared then, sir?" with a slight nudge to his shoulder and a playful smile. When W'ren arrives to greet them, she returns his greeting with enthusiasm. She's been smiling so much recently, her cheeks have begun to ache! It's a good thing though, she reminds herself, we've had so much to smile about.

"What a marvelous hatching," she adds in that somewhat limited-to-the-table tone as her eyes sweep the ever-growing gathering. "A perfect queen, three strapping bronzes, a healthy dose of browns and blues, and a good crop of nimble looking greens. We only had a few injuries this time around, but I've seen to both girls and they're doing fine thank heavens. I hope you don't mind," she adds with a somewhat mischievious smirk, "but I put them up in the weyr. I told the Healer you wouldn't mind sleeping on the floor."

Of course, she hadn't said anything of the kind, but it never hurt to jest now and then. "Or you and Quilth could sleep out in front." She adds, trying to hold in her giggling. Giggling, oh dear, she hadn't even sipped her wine and she was getting silly as a little girl. It's the hatching, she decides to herself, it must be all this overrun of good that has me acting so silly. Taking a sip of the water someone had so graciously put in front of her, she falls silent and watches the happy gathering dragonriders, quite content in T'bel's company.
