She smiled, thinking of how long she has had Tali. "If I am correct, she is about a turn old. And so is Rune." Tali arched her head back and looked at him thoughtfully. Then she looked over his shoulder at the little blue flit. Brauny, however, was still looking at Neroath. Then his tail curled up and he walked over to Braunith. Braunith, on the other hand, was obvious of something else.

Gold Shrineth rises! He said to both rider and fellow brother.

At first, Aylana didn't think she had heard her mate right. Then it registered in her mind and she gasped. She glanced over at Braunith, not even aware that she was talking aloud. "Are you sure, Braunith?"

Of course I'm sure. Most of the bronze and brown riders aren't here, and I heard her bugle not long ago.

'Why didn't you tell me in the first place?!'

I didn't want to inturrupt your conversation. I also thought it was a green that called, not gold. But that was my mistake.

She was completely shocked. Tali understood Braunith but, since she was female, she was slightly annoyed. She flew over to the edge of K'rea's chair and stood there, her eyes slightly red and her wings pressed up against her back. Brauny was confused, for he didn't know what that meant. Then he recognized it, and instead of red, his eyes whirled a slightly blueish. Braunith was the same, naturally. He was glad that a queen was flying.
