As a boy I discovered that if I failed to release my pent up male juices at least once a week I would have a wet dream. This was the natural release in the night of excess semen and sperm. However it resulted in a sticky mess in my pyjamas and the need to change them before the usual weekly change. This was always embarrassing to me as my mother must have known the reason. Much better to allow the boy to have regular release. As for cutting the buttons off his pyjamas I wonder how they remain around his waist. It is no wonder his penis and possibly his scrotum are visible from time to time when he relaxes. Perhaps it would be better for him to wear lightweight sports shorts with no fly - it would certainly be more modest and prevent accidents.
