This may include regular monitoring of general physical development, hygiene and health check in the genital area, normal testicular condition and free retraction of the foreskin and full disclosure of the penis head. All these actions can bring embarrassment and inconvenience to the young man, but are absolutely necessary for a healthy and seamless transition from childhood to maturity. To avoid the need of special examination of the sexual organs, this monitoring can be done during bathing and will not be so embarrassing to the boy.
