Most girls would want to see more rather than less. Do you think he positions himself purposely so his penis will pop out if he gets erect? What do you expect him to say? And lastly if his stepsister is embarrassed why does she want him in a speedo where any growth in penis size is immediately apparent and erections are almost obscene.
