It would be very embarrassing for him when he showers at school & for sports. His self esteem would be ruined. .... " My high school had a swimming pool and a swim team. The boys usually swam naked and the swim team all had their peepees shaved. Completely. There was some theory that it allowed faster swimming. So it was a sign of being a fast swimmer. I cannot imagine how much the resistance was lessened or turbulence was decreased but apparently the coach read that Olympic distance swimmers shaved, not just their balls, but their chests, legs, and heinies were shaved and they were proud to be seen that way. A bald peepee went from being a punishment in the eighth grade to a sign of being part of the swim team in high school. If the coach was not satisfied with the shaving the boy was sent to the nurses office where he lay on a table completely nude while she applied a cream and did the job. Teachers came and went at times, male or female as did any student visiting the nurse, another sign that boy's modesty or privacy were ignored. Two, " ... The best way of making sure he doesn't masturbate in the shower is for you to wash him ...." Over the years I grew quite used to my sister washing me or my cousin when she babysat us, and friends visiting were not excluded from watching. At best, Kathy's friends from school stopped at the bathroom door, but often followed me to my room where Kathy made sure I was completely dry and then chose undies and PJs for the night. Three, " ....why is his stepsister embarrassed when his erection pops out from his PJ's. Most girls would want to see more rather than less...."
