The duty of the mother is to provide her son with a healthy and seamless transition from childhood to maturity when he will be able to take care of his personal hygiene and health. Until then he is under the care and control of his mother. She is responsible for his growth and development, and therefore has the right to decide how to achieve this noble goal. This may include regular monitoring of general physical development, hygiene and health check in the genital area, normal testicular condition and free retraction of the foreskin and full disclosure of the penis head. All these actions can bring embarrassment and inconvenience to the young man, but are absolutely necessary for a healthy and seamless transition from childhood to maturity. To avoid the need of special examination of the sexual organs, this monitoring can be done during bathing and will not be so embarrassing to the boy.
