But it was more for punishment than bed wetting, at least initially. I did wet my nappies though. Going through puberty I came to associate nappies and baby-style plastic knickers with the wet dreams teenage boys all have. I'm sure that's why I still enjoy wearing them now. I don't remember how my nappies and plastics were washed and dried. I guess Mum must have done it and put them on the line, but maybe she made sure they were hidden behind other items.
