SOUNDS LIKE IT WORKED WELL FOR JOHN. IF STARTED AT AGE 9, UNTIL WHAT AGE DO YOU RECALL IT STILL EFFECTIVE? CERTAINLY BETTER METHOD THAN MEDS.
