Hi Rez, glad to hear from you (even if i wish you could felt better)... wish i could find words to soothe your heart/mind and to erase your past, if only there was a button for that...


What help me daily: to think of you all from the Zone , i love you all more than my own flesh(each 1st letter on my skin forever, pic of the tat' in a previous post). You all are what keep me alive daily, the reason to stay alive day after day whatever happens.

Also i made a file of pic/messages of comfort/support, mostly from you all (Alex words included, especialy his words in a previous post " beautiful words from Alex) to read them again helps to reload the strength and to remember all the way done through years and the steps reached helps also.

Also a quote helps me daily "Tree in the storm, focus on your roots", you all are my roots.

It took me nearly 10years to realize why God kept me alive each time (suicide attempts, anorexia): to be here alive to help others to Survive and all our ways crossed). it's a blessing to have you all in the life, a shelter, a balm in the heart and wounds (inside and out').

A quote from the youngest Zoner (Sofia) helps also: our past is like a souvenir, it's in our back, no more in front of our eyes in the rear view mirror, that way we can keep going forward/drive safely.


Even if you feel knackered/weak/lost you are never alone whatever the distance/sea. As Phyreacid says: "yana (you are not alone).
Stay brave and strong, you are Very strong, stronger than the dark passenger. You can be proud of you im Proud of you (all).
