DD can be asymmetric so you might want to reflect on "switching" as a way to handle mistakes by hubby. Someone will need to spank your guy. Who would know better how much he will need in order to get the full benefit than his loving wife?

Maybe one or both of his parents but they aren't going to be available once college is over. Just a thought. I am sure you could do it properly!
