I do not approve of an enema being over-the-top uncomfortable or humiliating. When I have to give an enema before, or after a spanking, it will be given firmly. I won't rush it. Long and slow. I will insist the whole bag be taken and it will be one with sufficient soap to make the bowel churn. When it does, when cramps hit, I'll stop, wait and then start again. There is no need to be harsh, or deliberately humiliating. An enema given with love, given firmly, long and slow will have the necessary impact on Marci and yourself if you have her give you one afterwards. There are many parallels between enemas and spankings. One is both have bad reps. Spankings don't have to be brutal beatings to be effective. Enemas don't have to cramp terrible, be huge, be given in a humiliating way to be effective. Done with love, care, both can be helpful between consenting adults.
