Are you for real? That's not at all how viruses work and not using a administrator account WILL NOT protect you. This is the worst advice I've seen in a long time and I've seen someone suggest using your home address and last name for a password.

If you want to be 100% safe, buy a separate computer for kids, lock it with a program called Deep Freeze for example. Then when they reboot the PC, it is restored to the previous image. Ideally also set their PCs in a different workgroup so they are isolated from your real network incase a 0day network exploit comes around.
