I had a good friend in the midwest who told me of his good friend. She was the Dean of a local university, and a spanko. What he told me, is that she spanked and paddled several young college males over her tenure. Supposedly, her story to him. I don't know the details, I can only assume, if true, that it would have been a consentual, extra curricular activity taking place off campus, but who knows. I'm not sure a Dean's office would have sufficient privacy for such activities.

I would have loved to have been student there, if, in fact, it was true.
