 My niece is currently 15. her spankings are carried out with my BIL's wooden paddle. She can be spanked either over jeans or on the bare buttocks depending on how serious her infraction is. I have witnessed both. She is very embarrassed if a paddling is to be given when I am there. I live quite close, so I am at the house a lot. The embarrassment is raised exponentially if I happen to be present when she is to be paddled bare. As I mentioned, I have witnessed both.
