I am very driven and have an excellent work ethic. I guess I was just born that way. I don't mean to sound like a grumpy old lady, I'm only in my 20's, but the work ethic I see, not just teens and 20's, but even people in their 30's and 40's just sucks. It's like they don't care if they have a job or not and they feel that the rules don't apply to them. So in the workplace I don't know if these entitled brats would even care enough to get punished in any way to keep their job and have some sense of responsibility.
I've gained swift success at my work and am working on my Masters and expect to climb the latter further through hard work and following policy. There are some young ladies I would just LOVE to pull into an office and make sure they can't sit. I don't even mean that in a spanko sense. But I doubt that any one of them, unless they are a total spanko would agree to such policy.
And at the university, I almost gave up my freshman year, not because it was too hard for me, but I just got so frustrated because I had my nose in the books while they were out partying it up. Not to say that I'm a drip, I did some partying myself, but school and work came first. I can't tell you how many roommates and students in the dorms I dragged to bed or out of the street, and then they had the nerve to bitch about getting a low grade. I think a visit to the dean for the paddle on their ass would do them a lot of good. I truly believe that.
I've had roommates who just didn't give a shit and didn't do their part. I wanted so bad to just tear their asses up. My current roommate, who I just adore and think the world of has many issues. She's such a sweet and upbeat little thing, but she's a complete slob. She's a pretty good student and doesn't go all girls gone wild, but she procrastinates and gets frustrated and doesn't focus on her studies. She's sweet and caring most of the time, but boy can she be moody. My fantasies and desires aside, I think she could definitely benefit from a damn good spanking.
Even me. I mean there are times when I don't focus on my work or studies and make mistakes. I can get distracted too and make mistakes and I don't always follow the rules. I think in the work or university setting, not just because I'm a spanko, but because of a sense of responsibility I would accept corporal punishment. But I feel that I'm rare and I don't think most people, and by most I mean the large majority would accept corporal punishment or really ANY form of discipline.
