I was allowed to witness for my five younger sisters spankings any time that I wanted to. They were all started around age two, till around 19. This is hundreds and hundreds of hard spankings and disciplining.
I think this is why I am female centric.

btw, One should always allow the kids to witness for each other. They really love this.
