Friends and I would change from street clothes to swim shorts in front of each other. Our girls, now in their 20s and 30s also never had any issues with bathing or changing with each other or in front of their mom, and were not really bashful around me until puberty. Maybe it is because the person being undressed is embarrassed by being spanked, which of course, is embarrassing itself. Or the presence of the opposite sex parent or siblings would make a difference, but in my experience, girls don't mind their sisters seeing them naked and boys don't mind their brothers. My sisters and I were constantly naked around each other, especially my twin who I shared a room with for years. There’s just something very different about being naked and bent over in the living room while your parents smack your backside! Plus the fairly obscene view you know they’re getting doesn’t help!! Also another point is that even though I had been seen naked by my family before, it is always going to be embarrassing when your bare bottom - a typically very private part of the body - is the focal point of everyone’s attention for a few minutes. Very different feeling to changing clothes/showering together when someone else is the one who decides that your underwear needs to come off and you don’t really get a say in it!
