 Hi Marcey,
I'm pretty small up top 31B so mine don't really move when I'm getting the strap. Plus I'm also resting face down on the table. Although I am embarrassed being fully naked at the start, I'm soon shifting my concern when I feel dad resting that strap on my bare just before he begins.
