I suspect Bob's parents feel he needs to learn new habits and the best way to learn is a strict adherence to "new." Hard to stop smoking if you have a cigarette on Saturday just because it's the weekend.

Yes, Mindy, I have had some sleep issues that affect my daily routines and through testing my bedtime was decided upon and is written in stone. Once I am in bed, I can only leave to go to the bathroom and then straight back to bed. Also, I must stay in bed until 6 am. Unfortunately, if the above is violated I am spanked and an earlier bedtime in imposed the next night.
