Any computer geeks here with any ideas on why sometimes gibberish shows up --- as in the subject line of this post which I hope I fixed with the delete key --- and how we might stop it?

Great question, Mindy.
It is possible to edit any entry line on a reply. This option is what is responsible for errors in the "Author" line.
I find it annoying when persons who normally write very standard or what in the old days we would have called "correct" English, allow mistakes such as "your" for "you're" to be repeated forever in the title of a long thread.
My hunch as to how the wrong font gets selected is that it seems to be linked to how someone's phone handles the symbol " ' " or what is sometimes referred to as a single quotation mark or apostrophe. Now that I write this, I wonder if there is an ASCII difference. Hmmmnnnn.
Callum may be related to PJ and Callum is dear to my spanko heart due to his respect for the yardstick and for clothed bottom spankings. PJ seemed to have a younger brother and some other sibs. He was a regular contributor and had to have a kidney removed. He planned to be a protestant priest or pastor, like his Dad. He seemed to be a really good person and often tried to help other kids who come here for comfort and advice during their recovery from hard (or allegedly un-earned) spankings.
