I have mentored and consensually spanked two college girls. The first was 19 and that started as a math tutoring session then evolved into a "parent away from home" situation. She needed a lot of correction initially and other oversight as well.

The 21 y/o much, less.

These two experiences made me realize how useful spanking can be as a tool for these ages. It may not be for all, of course. You can discuss, have contracts, other tools too. With the 19 y/o however, nothing cut through the crap and right to the chase more than a long hand spanking on her bare butt. Instant transformation.
