If the 14 year old is still being spanked, perhaps some self-reflection is in order for mom. If there is the prospect that spankings have led to the daughter eroticizing such events, the question could be should such spankings continue. Discontinuing disciplinary spankings won't likely change the daughter's pleasurable activity. But should mom be party to such continuing activity or should spankings be discontinued. Perhaps a conversation with the daughter is in order? Food for thought!

I was told this story by someone who is definitely into being spanked. Her Dad use to spank her, over his knee. She was 16 years old the last time he ever spanked her. and she had an orgasm right on his lap as he was spanking her.

Growing up I didn’t have to experiment because I was spanked a lot. However, if someone was maybe occasionally spanked, I can understand some curiosity. Does that help with your question?
