How it is implemented would be the issue, the devil being in the details. For starters, it should not be mandated. Those that seek to refuse such punishments could opt for one or more of the alternatives, such as being suspended. Beyond that the extent of the spanking would need to be spelt out ahead of time, so the one being spanked knows exactly what is being consented to. Similarly, whether the spanking is with implement, over clothing or bare bottom. That too should be a matter between the employer and employees based on mutual consent. Something intermediate, such as pants down but over underwear or panties could be incorporated into the scheme. All that said, in this anti-spanking, woke culture, none of this is likely to ever materialize. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
