Yes, my children now that their father spanks me occasionally. They never witness the spanking itself, this is done in private in our bedroom. But they have seen me fetch or put back the cane and also have noticed the marks. We don't actively discuss the subject with or in front of our children, but if one of them asks a question we will answer it honestly. Sometimes our kids try to comfort them, when they notice that I've been spanked, the same way I comfort them after they got a spanking. Lately my oldest started to discourage me from behavior that she thinks might earn me one. The other day we went shopping and she talked me out of buying an expensive dress, that was twice my quarterly budget fort clothes.
