In this case we had a better way. We had a special changing table. It had 2 posts and a height adjustable cross bar. The cross bar had ankle cuffs that were on opposite sides. Then the table had a chest strap. After the chest strap was secured, the bar with the cuffs went up to where their bottom was lifted from the table. This had them unable to pose any problems. I prefer to eliminate possible problems but making the baby learn to behave also needs to be taught.
