This offer is distributed through Microsoft Hotmail and uses off-brand maildrop services, so you have that "international" air about it. Or was it that "dairy air" where you smell cow poop? Anyway, something.

So, in order to apply for your fictional fortune, you are requested to send real money to a pretend banker. This offer has been so well promoted that we need two maildrops:

Unfortunately, while the promotion is distributed through Microsoft Hotmail, the actual maildrops are provided by a third party. We therefore do not offer the Microsoft Assurance: if you ever receive any portion of your money back, you can mail it to Redmond and it will be accepted.

Even without that assurance, this offer is better than the old "work at home" or "paypal magic" scam because this is a straight fiscal depletion opportunity rather than a pyramid scheme. With fiscal depletion, you have no expectation of return of investment, where with the paypal pyramid scams you have a foolish expectation of revenue. Not sure why, maybe dropped on head as youth.

At any rate, get over your foolish hope for money without labor, that is not how things work. Just be warned that "paypal magic" offers do not comply with the Fiscal Defenestration Act of 1986.
