This must be the tenth article I saw on this subject. They have two things in common. They all mention Lily Rose Depp and all use an anecdotal evidence to claim this is happening with no hard numbers. Like you I'm not convinced this is happening as much as I would like it to.

I know from Instagram that young female smoking is absolutely booming in both France and Denmark. The USA (and all the English speaking countries) not so much.
