Precisely my point.
Vaping isn't Smoking.
What is it with people? Are they deliberately stupid or ignorant?
If I were to answer my own question, I'd say it's a mixture of both, some don't know any better, and some are intellectually lazy.
When I was in Hospital recently for the Hernia op., a few times, I was asked by Nurses if I Smoked, One Nurse asked me if I Smoked or Vaped. It actually pleasantly surprised me that the young lady actually made that distinction.
I lied, simply because I didn't want 'The Talk'. One of the other patients there, who left a few days before I did, mentioned he vaped, and of course he got the talk. I could almost feel him mentally rolling his eyes. I certainly mentally rolled mine. I wonder how many Nurses or other professionals in those places are clandestine vapers, having gotten the talk about quitting smoking.
