G'day Jason,
It's still pretty fresh. Interesting snapshot of smoking rates. The top of the list is pretty dismal, but the last five…one in five, and almost one in four adults are smokers.

I best get busy.
One thing that would have been interesting would have been seeing the tax rates on Tobacco for these states. Anti-smoking PSAs are pretty much doing nothing, but they are taxing smokers into quitting. And that IMHO is not what taxation is for.
