While I don't agree with smoking being the cause of all other health issues I like how current and accurate these rankings are. I spend a lot of time calculating smoking rates on a dating site and these are the same exact cities that show up on top of my lists. Even cities I never heard of before like Homossa Springs FL are on both lists. So I would say these are most definitely the places to go if to still get sightings in the USA.
