Nick,
You have included my story 'Coast' here, yet I note that the page breaks present in my original copy haven't translated into your PDF. It's essential that my intended formatting stays in place; there needs to be a new page each time the narrator switches back and forth during part 2. If this cannot be fixed, please would you remove my story from the compilation.
