Yes, Amy smokes pretty freely. She wasn't convinced early on that she was truly addicted... thought it was just a habit...until she tried stopping one weekend to visit her parents (before they knew she smoked).

After about 6 hours, she started getting a headache, was very fidgety and short, her heart was pounding until she made an excuse to go for a drive (she went and smoked 4 in a row while out). By the end of the visit, her parents knew she smoked...she could no longer hide it.

We made love last night and it was wonderful, romantic. She lit a cigarette after and I could not tell if she got more satisfaction out of the sex or cigarette! :)

How old is your wife? I know she is a breast cancer survivor. Does she know of your fetish?
