Just finished a run-though of the translated text.

Turns out that while google has done a better job than when I looked at it years ago, it's still not that great, but good enough to get the gist of what the author is saying. It's still peppered with mis-translations, and because of the formatting errors, there were a few words that didn't belong. I've tried to edit or replace where I saw them, but I did want to leave the text as untouched as possible.

There are comments from various translators throughout the work, I'll leave them in, as they do add context.

I've managed to get the page count down from 116 to 87, but that will go up again when I add the pix in. That's going to be a painful, and very manual process.

Turns out that Yuri may well be the author of this work, as he appears to have written extensively of his own experience while drawing on Denise's work. I have to admire that, he obviously put in the effort.

When I'm done, I'll put both versions up, so we'll have the original Russian version, and the Google English translation.

Damn it, it's 4 in the morning. I wanted to be in bed hours ago. Now that summer is over in this hemisphere, my stamina is coming back.
