Subject: News article of note, converted to PDF

Someone over on SFK noticed a news article "Are these celebrities making young people smoke again?"

As the article was paywalled for some people, I posted a copy over there, but I thought maybe I could preserve it for posterity as well, so I made it into a PDF.

AusNick, would you want to include this in the Library? It doesn't have the same front matter that you usually use since I don't have easy access to that, but I could add some sort of intro to the same effect. I could also tweak the formatting a bit if needed.

Anyway, here it is, if anyone wants to take a look.
