There was a video posted recently on a legal channel where someone was copying their videos verbatim and the hoops that YouTube made them jump through to get those channels taken down were completely over the top.
When I looked at the channel you linked to the most recent video is entitled 'Turn £100 into £20,000 by 2025 – Master Football Betting with The Challenge 2025' so what you've got is a financial scam using the smoking fetish to attract punters.
