Subject: NSC 152 update

Just a quick update, folks.

152 now has three open slots left.

February was a banger, with three new stories. My heartfelt thanks to those who contributed. You've given the volume quite the nudge in the right direction.

2025, and so far, 2026 have been one setback after another for me. IRL issues got so fvcked, that I basically checked out. Combined with the almost complete lack of fiction, hardware failures (the monitor on my new machine died the other day, and I currently don't have the budget to replace it. Currently doing things on a $30 TV, and it's shit), and the price of everything going through the roof, has left me in a place that ain't great. Getting burgled didn't help, coulda died, and I still haven't replaced the glass in the door my head went through. I guess, the fact that I knew to break fall, and the fact that I hadn't had a haircut for a bit, probably saved my life. Thank you skills and hair.

Everything might be a bit fvcked, but at least I have you guys.

Anyway, regarding NSC, I'm now cautiously hopeful that I might actually fill the volume before June.

Gotta get my mojo back. Doomscroll less. Get my shit in order. Anhedonia sucks.

Been thinking about giving that smoking-centric D&D-style game system another look, thinking about something else might actually do me some good.
