A few quick updates: an action adventure platformer and three hentai games, including two Visual Novels.
I'm not sure how I'm going to handle Visual Novels going forwards, for a few reasons.
1. vndb.org already maintains a list of these, which are tagged by smoking content (though they do miss some).
2. There are a lot of them. VNDB has 111 tagged with Smoking Heroine alone.
3. They blur the line between game and illustrated story.
I think I will include VNs if I come across them or if they are somehow notable, but I won't make an attempt to create an exhaustive list.
Anyway, here are today's updates. The original PDF link should still work.

Alice: Madness Returns
In this 3D action platformer, the player controls Alice on her adventure through Wonderland. Alice can smoke from large hookahs in some levels, which triggers events in the level.

Happiness Double Room
A hentai visual novel with some management elements. The main love interest, Minami, sometimes smokes cigarettes.

Nope Nope Nurses
A hentai visual novel staring a trio of nurses. Two of the nurses are regular smokers.

Waifu Fighter
A Punch-Out-style hentai game in which the player fights a series of super-powered women. One of the opponents, “Mongkok Babe” Katie, constantly smokes a cigarette during the match.
