So far, I've been sticking games with only male-smoking in the Ones that Got Away section, not in the guide proper. That being said, I'm seeing the guide as not just a list for fetishists, but also a historical and cultural reference. With the increasing vilification of smoking, smoking of any type in media is becoming noteworthy. Given this, probably it would make sense to include these games in the main section. So, yeah, if you get a chance, why don't you update the cover art.
On the subject of scope, I suspect one day soon I will have to make a decision on whether to include games with vaping. I have yet to see vaping in a game, but the writing is on the wall... I'm sure I will note it, but I will have to decide whether it should go in the main section.
