Subject: That price is definitely too high and yes you should ask if they will accept half. Because it is an older dress, I would also highly recommend that you get approval from your teacher to buy it first, just because some TC's perfer their dancers in a certain kind of dress as it may not be appropriate for your dancers level. Seller may also not be around dancing anymore and not realise that they are asking too much.
