  • Different steps begin in Novice, and heeled shoes would be required by that time. There's no set time when they start wearing heeled shoes throughout beginner; it really depends on when the child is ready to handle them. (NT) -- Begginer steps teach the same fundamentals, 08:10:40 09/06/17 Wed
