I was thinking more along the lines of something useful- like allowing an associate teacher to run a class under the umbrella of a regular TCRG/ADCRG’s school. Many schools already let students teach classes alone on the sly- night as we’ll regulate it and make it legal!

That's great if you have a relationship with your former TC. What about people who don't, or have moved? I had to approach TCRGs I'd never even met before to attend their ceili class and sign my forms. I don't disagree that the TCRG exam is not perfect, but a lot of good teachers would never have become teachers if they had to do what you suggest. (
