Subject: I cant speak to any specific classes or videos. The poster simply said "strength and conditioning coaches/classes." There are certainly programs that are not good for kids or adults for that matter. TCRGs may or may not have any knowledge on injury prevention. In general some conditioning is better than no conditioning considering the level of things kids are expected to do these days.

  • The gym we go to actually has several athlete focused classes. From TRX to Jump Stretch to an advanced class combining several types of training. It's crazy but they are always filled!! (NT) -- Yes, 15:28:54 08/04/17 Fri
