First Lessons in Real Estate Promotion

This first article is kind of an overview. For purposes of the instruction, we are going to assume an interest in the greater St Augustine area, including St Johns, Putnam, Flagler, and Duval counties.

Many of the lessons will apply just as well in other parts of the state. Indeed, most of what you learn hear will apply nearly anywhere you go. You may want to check local conditions, of course.

The important thing with real estate promotion is that you do not want to spend much doing it. That is what makes pink promotion so important. Most forms of advertising impose the costs on the advertiser. Pink promotion shifts the cost to the recipient, who provides the hosting to receive it and the time to sort through it as his mailbox fills with pink sludge.

Getting started seems a rather daunting task. There are so many lessons:
