Subject: I heard Miss World America was a clear violation against licensing agreements so it will be no longer. In the history of Miss World the representative from the United States has been titled "United States". Perhaps Miss United States herself will pursue sending the annual queen back just as Elizabeth Safrit was sent in 2014.

In reply to: what is going on 's message, "But what about Miss World America. There has been zero action? No Prelims have been held, no contracts have been signed with the old directors, all last years reigning queens have resigned their titles. If the United States directors have already signed contracts with the Ilaquias, then MWA will have to start from scratch with all new directors before even starting state pageants." on 06/23/2015

[> [> [> [> [> Subject: Just verified it has always been United States or United States of America never just America and from what I hear come December her title won't say America when she walks across the Stage. Could this be why the Facebook page was changed to now say Miss World America - Representing the United States?

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> [> Subject: A trademark APPLICATION does not equate to a license offer from MISS WORLD. Miss World will put a stop on that application. Don't you think CW would have trademarked the name if he was able to do so? NO. Miss World cannot be listed in ANY trademark in ANY country. The shady people over there at Mrs United States are just trying as hard as possible to complicate things for CW. Why don't you ask Gaspar Cruz how well that went for him to trademark a pageant with "World" in the title... http://www.missworld.com/News/2012-02-22/Miss-Teen-World-Statement/
